The three co-founders of the VTX Telecom Group, namely Francis Cobbi, Philippe Roditi and Joseph Toledano, remain the principal shareholders.
They were joined over time by private partners under the guidance of Alain Nicod, an acknowledged expert of this sector.
In order to optimize further development and consolidate the exercise of its activities, the VTX Telecom Group has opened up its capital in summer ‘99 to two important European investment funds : Iris Capital (ex Part’Com) from France and Kiwi from Italy.
Presently, the VTX Telecom Group aims at amplifying the number of its shareholders, to support its growth. This strategy is applied with the medium-term goal of entering the Group at the Stock Exchange.
